This service will assist to speed up the process of identification,
The pictures taken by you can be forwarded via email to our Japanese Knotweed expert surveyor
who will undertake an analysis of these pictures and report back to you
with the options of action to suit your situation.
This report is FREE when the property owner signed up to a Japanese Knotweed Management Plan solution.
Where no Japanese Knotweed management plan is required, there is a charge
for the Basic Identification Report written report to confirm the plant species in question
and any recommendations for consideration where required.

Property Survey Report

This is a site survey undertaken at your property following a Basic Identification Survey
to map out the level of Japanese knotweed infestation and draw up a detailed Japanese Knotweed Management Plan for the property.
Our Certificated Surveyor of Japanese Knotweed will undertake a detailed survey of your property
and the surroundings where required to assess each risk that may be present by the extent of Japanese knotweed infestation.
Our surveyor will map out the details of the infestation and issue a risk category
in accordance with the Royal Institute Of Charted Surveyors to identify the risk posed to the property.
This information will be used to produce a comprehensive detailed Japanese Knotweed Management plan
bespoke to the property and to meet your expectations as a property owner.
You will receive expert advice on the best and most cost effective way to treat the infestation to suite your timescale and budget.

Knotweed Management Plan

A Knotweed Management Plan provides the options on how we recommend your Japanese knotweed problem is solved.
It starts with a survey, to establish the extent of the knotweed infestation and gives the Japanese knotweed treatment solutions available to control, monitor and eradicate the knotweed.
A Knotweed Management Plan is a prerequisite for house buying and selling
where the property in question is affected by Japanese knotweed, as most mortgage lenders will insist on proof that there is a
Knotweed Management Plan in place.
The Environment Agency also state that once you find Japanese knotweed on a development site,
it is essential that you set up some form of Knotweed Management Plan.
